According to the legislative act the amendments to the Law "On dealing with radioactive waste", according to which the status, order, formation and use of assets are determined. Moreover, according to the amendments to the Law "On the protection of environment" new order of fund distribution from "charge for the environment pollution" and "charge for the environment pollution connected with the use of radioactive waste" are determined.
Corresponding bill are registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №1468.
